Just to let you kow I'm using it to grab screen shots while I'm designing so that a customer can see my screen while we talk on the phone. I'm setup so that with one key click the jpg gets saved directly to FTP (using FTPdrive 3.5) on some webspace. On the website a simple javascript page (modified version of WebCam Auto-Updater v1.8 cowboyscripts.org ) looks for the image and displays updates to my client within seconds.

It works great, when a client is on the phone I just simply press PrtScr and the updated screen shots apears on their browser during our phone call.(provided they have got my url) It means I can work on last minute adjustments with my customers in a simple way without the need of emailing lots of images and waiting for replies and without them needing to install desktop sharing or white board applications.

Yours was the only software I could find that would save reliably to an FTP drive letter, using the same file name each time and with only one button click.
